All orders are subject to acceptance by Nazareth Store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to errors in pricing, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices for products are shown in USD and do not include shipping, which is calculated after the order is prepared.
Payment for products must be completed in full before shipment. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods agreed upon.
Wholesale discounts apply automatically for qualifying orders:
Orders over $1,500: additional 10% discount
Orders over $2,000: additional 15% discount
Orders over $2,600: additional 20% discount
4. Handling Time
Handling time for wholesale and retail orders is up to 20 business days, depending on the quantity and type of products ordered.
Custom or large orders may require additional time to ensure quality and accuracy.
5. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated after your order is prepared. Once ready, an additional payment request for shipping will be sent.
Shipping times depend on the destination country and chosen shipping method. Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days.
Nazareth Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled only before processing begins.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If there is any issue with the items, we will either send replacement products or provide a full refund at our discretion.
Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
8. Custom Orders
Custom or branded products are produced according to the specifications provided by the buyer.
Custom orders may require additional production time and are non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly produced.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nazareth Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
We are not responsible for damages during shipping once items are handed to the courier, unless shipping insurance has been purchased.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including images, text, logos, and product designs, are the intellectual property of Nazareth Store and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from orders or use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cypriot courts.

Minimum Order
- The minimum order value for wholesale purchases is$790, excluding shipping costs.
- Orders below this amount cannot be processed on this site.
Shipping
- Shipping costs are calculated after your order has been prepared. Once ready, an additional payment request for shipping will be sent.
- Shipping times depend on the destination country and chosen shipping method.
Discount
- Automatic discounts are applied for larger wholesale orders:
• Orders over $1,500: 10% discount
• Orders over $2,000: 15% discount
• Orders over $2,600: 20% discount
- Discounts are applied automatically based on the order total before shipping.
