Terms and Conditions – Wholesale & Retail Orders

2. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Nazareth Store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to errors in pricing, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices for products are shown in USD and do not include shipping. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.
Payment for products must be completed in full before shipment. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods agreed upon.
Minimum order amounts (before shipping) and wholesale discounts, applied automatically for qualifying orders:
- First order minimum $250
- Reorder minimum $490
- Orders over $700: additional 10% discount
- Orders over $1400: additional 15% discount
- Orders over $2500: additional 20% discount
4. Handling Time
Handling time for wholesale and retail orders is up to 20 business days, depending on the quantity and type of products ordered.
Custom or large orders may require additional time to ensure quality and accuracy.
5. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination and the weight of your order.
Shipping times depend on the destination country and chosen shipping method. Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days.
Nazareth Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled only before processing begins.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please contact us immediately at support@nazareth-store.com if you wish to change or cancel your order.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If there is any issue with the items, we will either send replacement products or provide a full refund at our discretion.
Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
8. Custom Orders
Custom or branded products are produced according to the specifications provided by the buyer.
Custom orders may require additional production time and are non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly produced.
9. Resale Policy
Wholesale customers may sell our products in their own shops, on their own website and on other marketplaces such as eBay or Etsy. Selling Nazareth Store products on Amazon (in any marketplace, by FBA or by merchant fulfillment) is not allowed without our written permission.
If products bought from us are listed on Amazon without permission, we may close the wholesale account and refuse future orders.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nazareth Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
We are not responsible for damages during shipping once items are handed to the courier, unless shipping insurance has been purchased.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including images, text, logos, and product designs, are the intellectual property of Nazareth Store and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from orders or use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cypriot courts.
